Order Processing & Delivery Time:Once your order is fully paid, we will arrange for delivery within [2-3 weeks]. If you have chosen self-pickup or if there are issues with the delivery address provided (e.g., missing or invalid address), delivery may be delayed. We partner with third-party carriers like [DHL] for shipping, and please be aware that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Stakeholdings is not responsible for any delays or inaccuracies in estimated delivery dates.
Shipping Costs:Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will vary based on your delivery address. To find out the shipping cost for your order, please enter your desired quantity, shipping address, and select your preferred shipping service when placing your order.
Transfer of Risk:Our delivery obligations are fulfilled, and the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you at the following points:
- For shipped products: when we hand over the product to the carrier (subject to the carrier’s control).
- For self-pickup: when you receive our notification that the product is ready for pickup.
If you designate a consignee, their actions and decisions will be considered as yours, and you will be responsible for any legal consequences and obligations associated with their actions.
Undeliverable Packages:If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will either reschedule the delivery or notify you to pick up the product yourself. You will be responsible for any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to increased transportation and storage fees.
Shipping Insurance:The product price does not include shipping insurance. If you wish to insure your shipment, please arrange for this directly with the shipping provider.
